Can I cancel a scheduled transfer?
Yes, you can cancel it anytime before the scheduled execution.
Can I change the transfer amount after scheduling?
No, you’ll need to cancel and create a new reservation.
Can I change the recipient wallet address after scheduling?
Only before confirmation. Once scheduled, changes are not allowed.
How many transfers can I schedule at once?
One-time transfers are limited to one at a time. Recurring transfers are managed separately (limits to be announced).
Can I schedule multiple one-time transfers simultaneously?
In the basic version, one-time transfers are registered one by one. Recurring transfers support batch setup.
How many recipients can I send to at once?
There is no hard limit, but network conditions may affect speed.
Can I change the repeat schedule after it's set?
No. You must cancel and re-create the recurring transfer with a new schedule.
Can I edit a scheduled transfer after it's created?
Editing is not supported. Please cancel and create a new one if changes are needed.
Can I change the transfer time after scheduling?
No. To change the time, cancel the existing reservation and create a new one.
What happens if my balance is too low at the scheduled time?
The transfer will fail, and you will receive a Telegram notification.
Is there an automatic retry if a transfer fails?
Yes, PAYchat will automatically retry up to 3 times at 15-minute intervals.
What if the transfer fails even after 3 retries?
It will be marked as “Failed,” and manual action will be required.
How can I check if the transfer was successful?
You’ll receive a Telegram alert and a Tronscan link to track the transaction.
What happens to my assets if PAYchat shuts down?
Your funds are always stored in your personal wallet, so they remain safe regardless of PAYchat’s status.
Which blockchain network does PAYchat use?
PAYchat runs on the TRON mainnet and supports TRC-20 USDT transfers only.
Does PAYchat support TRX token transfers?
No. Only TRC-20 USDT is supported at this time. TRX support is not planned.
Does PAYchat store my funds?
No. PAYchat only manages transfer reservations. Your funds stay in your wallet at all times.
Who pays the TRON gas fees (TRX)?
The sender pays the TRX gas fee directly from their wallet.
Can I see the network fee before confirming the transfer?
Yes. Estimated TRX fees are shown when scheduling a transfer.
What happens if I don’t have enough TRX to cover the gas fee?
The transfer will fail, and you will be notified immediately.
Can I manage multiple reservations at once in PAYchat?
Yes. In the SEND version, one sender can schedule transfers to multiple recipients.
Can I add or change recipients after scheduling?
No. You must cancel and re-create the reservation for any changes.
Do I need manual approval for scheduled transfers?
No. Once a transfer is scheduled, it is executed automatically.
Can I stop a recurring transfer midway?
Yes. Use the /status command to cancel active reservations.
Is there a PAYchat fee for using the reservation service?
No. PAYchat does not charge service fees. However, TRON network gas fees (TRX) still apply.
